Do you have to have a bachelors degree as a prerequisite to get certified as a Project Manager, or will course study hours suffice?

You don’t have to have a bachelor’s degree to get into Project Management, but like anything else it helps.
There isn’t a “Project Management” Bachelor’s degree (at least not that I’m aware of), but most Universities have Project Management courses, diplomas, certifications, etc.
Having said that, I will re-iterate that you don’t need a bachelor’s degree to start your Project Management training and journey. You being here and asking questions is definitely a good start. In the Top Menu of this website you can also find Project Management Certification options, there’s also agilelee.com and plenty of other training providers out there if you just Google it.
