Hi Patricia, so a Project Manager is an organizational role, a professional role for a person whose responsibility is to manage a project or multiple projects. Project Managers are responsible for three key things: execution (delivering on time), budget (delivering within budget) & meeting project goals and objectives. Product Owner on the other hand is a role within Scrum (the most popular and widely used Agile framework). The Product Owner isn’t so much project focused, but more product focused and in particular owns the Product Backlog. They are basically accountable for prioritizing what gets delivered and they represent the end user or customer in the decision making process.

Change Management is a discipline that focuses on analysing and minimising the impacts of any type of change in an organisation, particularly on people. It basically helps with the transition from an old process, system, structure or operational model into a new one, but in a positive and constructive way that maximises value and benefits for the organisation and those impacted by the change.
Change Management includes but is not limited to aspects such as communications, training, strategy, stakeholder impact analysis, knowledge transfer and many more.
When working on projects, you will typically see a Change Manager assigned to the project and this person will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure a successful outcome that meets projects goals and objectives. Through the life cycle of the project, Change Managers develop relationships of trust with all stakeholders, the project team and particularly with those impacted by the change as they assist with the transition to a new end state.

There isn’t a “Project Management” Bachelor’s degree (at least not that I’m aware of), but most Universities have Project Management courses, diplomas, certifications, etc.
Having said that, I will re-iterate that you don’t need a bachelor’s degree to start your Project Management training and journey. You being here and asking questions is definitely a good start. In the Top Menu of this website you can also find Project Management Certification options, there’s also agilelee.com and plenty of other training providers out there if you just Google it.
